Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered in a search form and supplies the resulting service. Our servers do not retain those search terms. When you contact us, we use the details in your message only to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs may include an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time stamps. Aggregated log information helps maintain performance and show broad page use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar tools.
How Information Is Used
Technical data supports site operation, error repair, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual reader profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
County portals, state agencies, archives, libraries, and search providers set their own privacy terms. Their policies apply once you leave this site or submit information to them. Sponsored search results are also delivered by an outside company.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may provide rights to see, correct, or delete personal data maintained by a website. No broad Georgia consumer deletion statute was verified in the project research, so rights must be assessed under the law that applies to the request. We can check our contact mailbox and available server logs for information tied to you. Submit a request through the Contact page. Georgia agencies and local custodians control their own public records, and only those offices can address correction or lawful redaction requests.
The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. ยงยง 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, governs access to existing agency records but does not create a general right to erase them. A custodian may withhold material made confidential by another law and must protect covered personal data. Georgia Safe at Home supplies an approved participant with a substitute public-record address and protected voter registration; this site will not help reconstruct a protected location.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
